5. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

We may cancel an Order (including after confirmation) due to:

  • Pricing errors

If cancelled, any prepaid amount will be fully refunded to your original payment method.

  • Wallets

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – if available

All payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We aim to deliver Products within the estimated timeline, but delays may occur due to:

  • Logistics issues

  • High order volume

  • Unforeseen circumstances

Shipping timelines are indicative and not guaranteed.

Risk of loss transfers to you once the Product is delivered to your address.

8. CANCELLATIONS

By Customer:

You may cancel an Order before it is shipped. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible, but you may be eligible for a return.

By The Blac:

We reserve the right to cancel an Order for reasons such as:

  • Incorrect information

  • Payment failure

  • Product unavailability

  • Policy violation

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

9. RETURNS, REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS

Our policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Returns/replacements are accepted ONLY if:

  • The Product is defective

  • The Product is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

  • The Product is not as described
