First, there were significant problems with the delivery. It took an extremely long time for the product to arrive, and I was initially given the wrong tracking ID, which was very frustrating.But the biggest issue is with the product itself. I ordered two of the same necklaces, but they both arrived without a clasp or a lock. This makes them completely useless and unwearable. I paid for a functioning product, and I am now forced to use a clasp from another necklace just to be able to use the item I purchased from you. On top of all this, I have reached out to you about these issues and have been met with total silence. This is completely unacceptable.
Liked the piece very much, but sad to find out that the lock was not working sometimes the lock unchains by itself. Messaged them via whatsapp and in the site. Hoping to get a reply.
